She pulled into the garage for 122 Spring Street and then fled on foot out the back door. Fradette was operating witha criminally suspended license. The Hardwick Police department is requesting the honorable court issue a warrant for her arrest.

The operator, identified asKyle Foran, was operating with a criminally suspended license. Foran has been cited into the Caledonia unit of the Superior Court of Vermont, Criminal Division, to be arraigned on the charge.

The owner of the Hardwick Laundromat reported someone broke into the laundromat and took money. The officer reviewed video surveillance with the owner and identified the suspect as Tinisha Demo. Demo was later arrested and transported to the Hardwick Police Department for processing. She was released on a citation to appear in Caledonia Superior Court on 10/5/26 for the charge of burglary.

Chapin, age 71Narrative:On 08-30-26 before 11:50 A.M. Stephen R. Chapin of Hardwick, VT approached an individual in the Tops Market who was the plaintiff in a Stalking Order naming Chapin as the defendant. The plaintiff/victim reported this to the Hardwick Police. Investigation revealed that Chapin had violated a Final Stalking Order issued by the Caledonia Unit of the Superior Court of Vermont, Civil Division. Chapin was issued a flash citation to appear in the Caledonia Unit, Criminal division of the Superior Court of Vermont on Monday, August 31.
